PRINTMAKING – LINOCUTS II

Dates and times: Tuesday EVENINGS 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
March 19 – April 9, 2013 (4 WEEKS)

Description: This class will expand on methods learned in the initial 4-week block printing class.  Students will work on individual projects which may involve chine-colle' and reduction printing to produce a signed edition of multi-colored block prints. Students will work with unmounted linoleum that can be cut to individual sizes.  Working in larger-scale and a more focused environment will allow students to further develop their voices as printmakers.  We will share our support and ideas in a casual class critique and an optional print-exchange on the last day of class.
